This journal will be a Physical Activity, Healthy Eating, and Personal journal ,

The student uses the notebook paper in their "PE Portfolio" and writes about their Physical activity, Healthy Eating, and any other Personal information that they wish to include.

If the students are allowed to write in their Journal during school time, then they should write at least 5 times a week.

If students cannot write during school time, then they should write at home at least 3 times a week.

Students can should be writing at least one-half a page every time they write in their journal but can write as much as they want.

Students need to do their "Journaling" on a regular, on-going basis.

When writing in their journal the student should write about:
1. The Physical Activities that they have been participating in that day.  Describe the activity and how long they did the activity or any special things that took place in the activity.

2. Their "Healthy Eating" menu.  Write in general terms what they have been eating.  Are the foods in the "My Plate": 5 Basic food groups?"

3. Any other Personal information that they want to write about.

Remember to write at least a half a page but students can write as much as they want.

Make sure that the Date is at the TOP of every Journal Entry.
